General Rules
RENTAL PERIOD: minimum of a week from Saturday to Saturday. Stays for less than one week will be surcharged 5% on the total nights reserved.
RESERVATIONS: A reservation is only confirmed unpon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount which must be sent by Bank transfer or postal money order. If the guest cancels the reservation, written notification must be received within 60 days of the expected date of arrival, in which case 10% of the deposit will be retained by the agency. After this date the Agency Home Service will retain the total deposit. The Agency Home Service reserves the right to request full payment of a reservation if the lodging fails to be rented again for the same period.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is an obligatory cleaning charge of EURO 50 for 2 room apartments, Euro 65 for 3 room apartments and Euro 80 for 4 room apartments. The apartments are fully furnished, excluding bed linen and towels which may be rented at an additional cost of EURO 15 per person per week.
INCLUDED IN PRICE: Electricity, gas, water, use of crockery, garaging for one car and ski room.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: can not exceed the number of persons who have been confirmed at the time of reservation.
SETTLEMENT: We ask our guests to settle the bill on the day of arrival on handover of the keys. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MASTERCARD.
COMPLAINTS: will be only be accepted within 24 hours after arrival. The Agency Home Service takes no responsible for damage to persons or property due to accident, theft, losses, delays etc.
On the day of departure the agency reserves the right to inspect the apartment accompanied by the clients.
All rental contracts are subject to the condition that the clients pay for any damages caused to the property.
ARRIVAL: Checkin from 16.00 to 18.00 at our office in Arabba in Via Precumon n.17. Please telephone us in case of delays.
DEPARTURE: Checkout and keys to be returned not later than 10.00 a.m.
DEPARTURE IN ADVANCE: No refunds will be given for early departures
AGENCY OPENING HOURS: from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00. Closed Sunday mornings.
These rules form part of the rent contract with the Agency Home Service.
